In My Mailbox (#38)

In My Mailbox
is hosted by Kristi from The Story Siren

This week was fantastic! I kept receiving the best books, some I've been waiting for for months! So I was more than ecstatic when the mailman delivered these :-D (my fangirl enthusiastic squees might have scared him a bit ;-p lol)

Please be prepared that lot of squeeing and excited jumping will occur below.

Wow. If you know anything, then it is that I am fangirl passionate and enthusiastic about this series! I fell fast and hard for Sonya Bateman's writing and loved the first book Master of None to pieces, so I couldn't wait to revisit the characters and see what adventures they'll embark on this time. And now the time has come and I have it finally in my hands!! Yay! :-D (and Sonya even mentioned me in the acknowledgements, aww!  Better be on the good side of the stalker fan, right? ;-p lol)

  Alien in the Family
Alien in the Family by Gini Koch

Another favourite series of mine, yay! When I gobbled up Alien Tango a few weeks ago I had withdrawal sypmtoms and the only thing making it managable was knowing that Book #3 would be released in a couple of weeks. Well again, another release I've been counting back the days for, yay!! :-D

Exit the Actress: A Novel
Exit the Actress by Priya Parmar

And another novel which I have been eagerly awaiting! As I've already told you this is the debut novel of fellow blogger friend Priya Parmar, but even if I didn't know Priya I would pick this book up. I mean look at the gorgeous cover! And the recommendation by Philippa Gregory Queen of Historical fiction! This looks like a magical story, can't wait to start reading it!

Books I have won:

A Lot Like Love (Berkley Sensation)

I discovered Julie James thanks to this giveaway I entered because the book sounded fun, and while waiting for the drawing I read her very first novel Just the Sexiest Man Alive by Julie James and fell again very fast in love with Juli's writing. Her novels are witty, funny, sweet and so fresh! I plan on reading my way through her backlist, so the sweetest cherry on top was when she announced that I have won a copy of her latest novel in the giveaway! Yay! :-D

Lady Isabella's Scandalous Marriage (Berkley Sensation)

Caroline (aka pattepoilue) has recommended to me Jennifer Ashley's historical romances, so I'm curious to discover another highly praised series.

Won this from Paranormal Haven, thank you! :-)

So this is what was in my mailbox this week, and what was in yours?
