It's Monday, What Are You Reading? (#28)

It's Monday, What are you reading this week? is a weekly event hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books to list the books completed last week, the books currently being read and the books to be finished this week.

Books I completed this week

Minder (Ganzfield)

Wow! Now I see what all the hype was about. This is a fantastic novel and series! It is well written, action packed and unique! Loved it!

Those who have read Hush Money by Susan Bischoff will also enjoy it: teenagers with supernatural powers, what's not to like? :-p

This was a Carina Press erotica title, so I thought I was in for a great treat, well I couldn't have been more wrong! Until now Carina Press has never disappointed me in the quality of the title they published, but now they did. Management Skills was unfortunately so bad for several reasons (which I will explore in more depth in a detailed review) that I had a hard time believing it truly was a published novel, which also had an editor!! Pure torture, really horrible.

Lady Doctor Wyre: Jane Austen Space Opera, Book 1

Lady Doctore Wyre was a novel unlike anything else I have ever read. It was a strange hybrid mix of historical romance society and etiquette, steampunk characteristics all in a sci-fi setting. A very unequaled novel I can't compare to anything. An interesting story in an exciting universe Joely Sure Burkhart created. A very new experience, you should definitely check this one out.

Once Upon a Scandal (Hqn)

Book #2 in the Scandal series. I really like Delilah Marvelle's writing style and her unique approach to history. I know that I'm in for an enjoyable read whenever I pick up one of her novels and Once upon a Scandal was also a very quick read and entertaining novel. Can't wait to read Book #3 The Perfect Scandal!

Books I am currently reading

Awakened by a Kiss

Burning Up (Hqn)
Burning Up by Susan Andersen

Books I can't wait to start soon

Master and Apprentice

Book #2 in the Gavyn Donatti series

If you've been following me, you must know how passionate, crazy, obsessed or as I prefer to put it: enthusiastic I am about this series! I fell hard for Sonya's writing style with Master of None Book #1 of the series and couldn't keep quiet about it, so now that Book #2 is finally about to be released I am so excited!! *gummy bear Stella jumps up and down*

And what are you reading this week?
