It's Monday, What Are You Reading? (#36)

It's Monday, What are you reading this week? is a weekly event hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books to list the books completed last week, the books currently being read and the books to be finished this week.

Don't ask me why or how but it seems that I do 95% of my reading during the week. Sure I read on my way to and from work which is about 2 hours per day, but once the weekend rolls by it seems family, the internet and everything gets in the way of reading. Weird... Anyway here is what I managed to read the past week:

Books I completed this week

Siren Song

A very quick and short read, it was very enjoyable. My dual reaview with Has will be posted on Friday at Book Lovers Inc. stop by to see what we thought of it :-)

Carnal Secrets
Wow. This book sucked me in and wouldn't let me come up for air for a couple of hours until I have devoured it. And then I wanted to read more! Both main characters were wonderful and Nadia Lee's writing is stellar! I can't wait to read more of her novels! She instantly became another favourite author for me and Carnal Secrets shot straight to my 2011 Top Reads List! Yep, it was that good! You should definitely check it out, believe me, you'll thank me ;-)

One Night Is Never Enough

What I Did For a Duke: Pennyroyal Green Series

This novel gave me back my faith and love for historical romances after a recent disappointment. It was wonderful, romantic yet humourous and very intelligent! Julie Anne Long got added to my autobuy list and her books ended up on my wishlist :-) Can't wait to review this one in detail!

Books I am currently reading

This Perfect Kiss
This will only be released at the end of June, but I mistakenly didn't see that until I was well in the story. The first chapter was wonderful, like a historical Cinderella retelling *sighs*

Books I can't wait to start soon

Well not only is it penned by Nadia Lee, who I have gushed about above but the story sounds fantastic! I so can't wait to read it!! :-D

And what are you reading this week?
