It's Monday, What Are you Reading? (#43)
It's Monday, What are you reading? is a weekly event hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books to list the books completed last week, the books currently being read and the books to be finished this week.
This week I wasn't very productive reading-wise, I blame work :-/ And since I don't have a lot to tell you about what I read this past week, I thought I would tell you everything that I did blogging-wise.
Reviews I posted
UF novel - 4 stars
Historical Romance novel - 3.5 stars
Other happenings
I'm compiling a Must-Have-UF-Series whishlist: Part 1 and Part 2 were posted so far
The next 2 weeks will be Spotlight on Fairy Tales Retold here at Ex Libris!
You know what this means: lots of reviews, author and reader guest posts, book recommendations, discussions and tons of giveaways! So don't miss it, starts on Monday 27 June!
and here is what I have read last week:
Book I completed
This was the first novel I read by Loretta Chase, but after Silk is for Seduction
, she just became an autobuy historical romance author for me! Wow. Amazing story, wonderful writing. Detailed review will be posted soon, until then get your own copy, believe me you WANT to read this!
Book I am currently reading
Taken by the Others by Jess Haines
Book #2 in Jess Haines' H and W Investigations is even better than the first one was! I enjoy it a lot and it's so frustrating work keeps interrupting my reading *grumbles*
ps: *whispers* I'm also planning some surprise connected to this series, so keep you eyes open, after all the fairy dust and princesses we'll be in need of some vamp, mage and werewolf action! ;-p Just saying...

Book I can't wait to start soon
The Sleeping Beauty by Mercedes Lackey
As you know I'm planning Spotlight on Fairy Tales Retold events and this book fits in nicely with the theme, don't you think? It is rose, has fairy dust and roses, oh and of course Sleeping Beauty too :-)
Until then, what are you reading this week?
