It's Monday, What Are you Reading? (#86)

It's Monday, What are you reading? is a weekly event hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books to list the books completed last week, the books currently being read and the books to be finished this week.

This week was full of great entertaining reads and as next week will be the Bout of Books read-a-thon and we'll have a 3 day-long weekend (and my birthday), I'm planning on doing a lot of reading :-D Here is what I have read this past week:

Book I completed

Sweet Deception is the 2nd novel in Heather Snow's Veiled Seduction series, which is a combination of  historical romance and mystery. I really loved the 1st book in the series Sweet Enemy, which instantly became one of my Top 2012 Reads (read my review here). Thankfully Sweet Deception didn't disappoint either, I loved it, and my review will be posted along Heather Snow's guest post on Friday, so make sure to stop by, you could even win a great book! ;-)

Tall, Dark and Divine is the 1st book in a new light and fun contemporary series by Jenna Bennett about how Greek gods and goddesses find love in today's New York :-) I enjoyed this first story a lot and I'm looking forward to the next ones. Tall, Dark and Divine was a delightful light contemporary romance, fun and sexy, a perfect summer read! Detailed review to be posted soon.

What a wonderfully enchanting and romantic modern day fairy tale love story! Loved it and can't wait to tell you all about it :-) My detailed review will be posted soon.

Book I'm currently reading

This one sounds like a delicious guilty pleasure treat, so I can't wait to start it!

Books I can't wait to start

After how much fun Tall, Dark and Divine was I'm up for more light and sexy paranormal romance and as I have heard great things about this one I'll be reading it next.

I'm a bit late to the party as this is Book #3 in the series, but as everyone seems completely enamoured with Jennifer Haymore's writing style and this series, so I hope it can be read as a standalone. I'm excited, sounds like a terrific read (pirate alert yay!). :-D

And what are you reading this week?
