It's Monday, What Are you Reading? (#111)

It's Monday, What are you reading? is a weekly event hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books to list the books completed last week, the books currently being read and the books to be finished this week.

Hey Everyone,

Though I am on vacation last week was so busy (got some urgent, deadline sensitive work to take care of) that instead of relaxing I was running around pumped on adrenaline, but thankfully in the second part of the week I finally had time to go to yoga class and read and that's what I'm planning to do this week as well :-) Here is what I've read this past week:

Books I completed

I finally got around to read the sequel to The Officer Says "I Do" by Jeanette Murray, I enjoyed it even though poor Jeremy was quite frustrating with his self-inflicted suffering, but at the end Madison finally got to him :-)

This is a new historical romance story by Eloisa James told in three instalments, the first to be released on March 12 and the sequels a week later. Maybe it is best to wait until you have all three on hand as the wait might be torturous... My review will be posted closer to the release date.

I loved it! Christine Bell's writing was wonderful and Shane is a hero everyone dreams of. A romance I greatly enjoyed! My review will be posted this week.

A lovely, well written story that I savoured until about 70%, it was a clear 5 stars story until the big crisis/insta-love/resolution of their crisis, which I found disappointing. Marisa Cleveland's writing style is wonderful, captivating and I just wish the story were longer so she would have had more time to develop the crisis and its resolution better. Detailed review to be posted soon.

Book I'm currently reading
I really enjoy superhero romances, and until now Jennifer Estep's Bigtime series was the only one I've read, but Entangled Publishing recently released a superhero romance anthology called Holding Out for a Hero (I LOVE that song!) so of course I couldn't say no. I have already read 2 novellas: Scarlett Fever by Christine Bell and Ella Dane and Playing with Fire by Tamara Morgan, you can read my dual review with Marlene at Book Lovers Inc.

Book I can't wait to start

I was hooked instantly as soon as I read the blurb: modern woman discovering life and finding love in Amish setting? Count me in! You can also read the author's post about the inspiration behind the novel and enter some amazing giveaways HERE.

And what are you reading this week?
