It's Monday, What Are you Reading? (#37)

It's Monday, What are you reading this week? is a weekly event hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books to list the books completed last week, the books currently being read and the books to be finished this week.

Lately I love compiling these Monday posts because it makes me realize how much I read in the past week and that always gives me such satisfaction and sense of accomplishment :-) Also this weekend was gray and rainy so I stayed in and snuggled up with some hot reads to keep me warm ;-)

Books I completed this week

This Perfect Kiss

This will only be released in July, but I mixed it up with another NetGalley book, so my review will only be posted around that time. Unfortunately it wasn't as great as the first chapter led me to believe.

Any Man of Mine

This was my very first novel by Rachel Gibson and I enjoyed it a lot. Detailed review will be posted soon.

Ruby Red Metallic

This was a very short "sweet dreams" (or rather hot dreams) kind of bedtime story. Very enjoyable and quite well written, review will also be posted soon.

Taken by Desire (Avon)

And wow, I discovered another favourite historical romance writer! Lavinia Kent's writing is passionate and evocative, I loved her characters because they were original and interesting. Now I'll be on a mission to read all of Lavinia's books! If you like Lorraine Heath, you should add Lavinia Kent's novels to your TBR list! I most certainly will be reviewing this one!

The Jane Austen Handbook

And finally this one came to an end. A wonderful little handbook, adorable edition and cute illustrations. Will tell you more about it later.

Uniform Behaviour

Wow! This was my companion for the cold Sunday afternoon and what a read! Full of wonderfully steamy and well written novellas with a wide variety of uniformed characters. My review will be posted on Thursday on Book Lovers Inc.
Books I am currently reading

Adversary (The Second Ganzfield Novel)

Book #2 in the Ganzfield series. I really enjoyed the 1st book and can't wait to see what Adversary will bring, though I expect plenty of action! :-)

Books I can't wait to start soon

This one is still high on my "can't-wait-to-start-reading-it" list! :-D

And what are you reading this week?
