Goodreads appetizer: Seducing Mr. Wrong has never felt so right...

Prim and proper art gallery coordinator Elle Walser is no good at seducing men. Heck, she’s been throwing hints at her boss for months, but he’s completely clueless. Desperate to escape her mother’s matchmaking efforts, she comes up with a plan—buy some lingerie and climb into her boss’s bed. The plan goes brilliantly…until she accidentally seduces a sexy stranger instead.

Bad boy nightclub mogul Gabe Schultz just had the best almost-sex of his life. Too bad the smoking hot blonde thought he was his brother and bolted before he could finish what they started. Though her holier-than-thou attitude puts a serious damper on his mood, Gabe’s never been one to give up on something he wants. And he wants Elle. But does a man who lives on the dark side really have a chance with a proper lady?

My Thoughts: My interest was piqued as soon as I saw the title of the Katee Robert's first Brazen novel: Wrong Bed, Right Guy. My imagination just ran away with the possibilities and the beginning that Katee Robert gave us hooked me right from the start.

Elle, a shy and quiet good girl has had enough of hinting to her handsome boss that she's interested, she has decided to take matters into her own hands and seduce Mr. Right by climbing in his bed. But what she doesn't count on is that Mr. Right gave up his bed to his older brother who is more than happy to be awakened in such a steamy fashion. Their first make out scene was so sizzling the only reason they didn't burn up the sheets was because when Elle realized she was having a scorching make out session that made her limbs tingle was with a stranger, she ran away in mortification. And the real seduction started then.

Because Gabe (Mr. Right's big brother) decided to pursue Elle and not let their steamy night be forgotten. He wants more. He wants to spend time with her, discover what makes her tick ... and definitely what makes her moan.

Elle and Gabe are complete opposites: Elle is the conservative, shy, good girl while Gabe is the proverbial bad boy, irresitibly sexy and with more than his share of tattoos to prove his bad boy status. But when these two get together the air cracks and sizzles. I just loved their bantering, how Gabe managed to irk cool and collected Elle to lose her calm every single time, and Gabe's every line was full of sexual innuendos and flirtations:

"You're an ass."
"And you have a fantastic one." Gabe slid out of the booth and offered his hand. "Come."

But besides his sexy seduction Katee Robert showed us that even bad boys have hearts and tender feelings and I just loved the scene where he felt guilty for causing Elle's allergic reaction and went overboard with buying her chocolate, bubble bath and chciken noodle soup to make her feel better, he was so adorable! *melts*

"What's all that?"
"Ah..." He felt stupid standing in front of her, his arms overflowing with random crap. Maybe he should have just left everything alone and gone with her to the freezer section. "I thought you might want some of this." Elle leaned in, nearly smacking him in the face with her frozen peas.
"Chocolate, bubble bath, and chicken noodle soup."
"I didn't know what would help, so I got a bit of everything."
"I...see."

I enjoyed Katee Robert's writing style a lot, it flew smoothly and was both sexy and funny:

"Don't call me babe. I'm not a floozy. Or a freaking talking pig."

Verdict: Wrong Bed, Right Guy is a quick and entertaining steamy story in Entangled Publishing's new sexy imprint, Brazen. I gobbled it up in no time and lost some sleep (read it 'till 3am) as I wanted to know what would happen between the h/h, but it was definitely worth it! Wrong Bed, Right Guy was a HOT story I enjoyed a lot, and I'm looking forward to reading even more Brazen stories, so Entangled please keep them coming! :-D
