It's Monday, What Are you Reading? (#96)

It's Monday, What are you reading? is a weekly event hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books to list the books completed last week, the books currently being read and the books to be finished this week.

Well this past week was awful free time-wise: work was crazy busy, meaning that I got home each night well after 10-11 pm, when I was way too exhausted to read or even switch on my computer, so I'm well behind with everything... I got most of my reading done the weekend, and I discovered a new favourite author/series/book, so read on which one blew me away! ;-) Here is what I have read this past week:

Books I completed

I LOVED this book!! I loved it so much that it became one of my favourite reads of 2012 and you know that's saying a lot! So read my review here to see why, and make sure to stop by tomorrow for my interview with its author Lori Austin who will also host a terrific giveaway, just saying *winks* ;-)

I liked the 3rd book in the series so much that I wanted to read the stories of Rhett's brothers as well. Worth the Scandal is the 1st in the Worth It series and tells the story of the eldest brother, Alex. For a chance to win this book stop by Book Lovers Inc, and if you'd like to be entered to win the 2nd book, Worth the Risk check out my interview with Karen here.

Books I'm currently reading

I was so busy this week with worth and when I had a few minutes to read with Beauty and the Bounty Hunter by Lori Austin that I haven't progressed with this one at all, so it's still on my TCR (to continue to read) pile.

I LOVE arranged marriage/marriage of convenience trope stories! So when I saw the premise of Barbara DeLeo's debut novel I was excited and curious to read it, so I can't wait to start it now! :-) And hurry, because you could win yourself a copy right now at Ex Libris if you stop by Barbara's post and share your thoughts.

Book I can't wait to start

For Desire Alone by Jess Michaels

This is the 2nd book in Jess Michaels' Mistress Matchmaker series, I enjoyed very much the first one, An Introduction to Pleasure, so I'm looking forward to another one of these deliciously steamy historical romances! ;-)

The release day of the 2nd book, Kept is fast approaching and I want to be up-to-date, so it's about time I read Coveted, the 1st novel in Shawntelle Madison's exciting new urban fantasy series, and let me tell you, I'm very much looking forward to it! :-D

And what are you reading this week?
