It's Monday, What Are you Reading? (#98)

It's Monday, What are you reading? is a weekly event hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books to list the books completed last week, the books currently being read and the books to be finished this week.

This week was even busier than last due to the looming holidays so I wasn't able to have a lot of reading done. I'm counting back the days until the Christmas holidays when I'll have the luxury to lounge home and read :-D Until then here is what I have read this past week:

Books I completed

To get in the mood for Halloween with Marlene (blogger friend and fellow Book Lover) we decided to do a dual review of this anthology. Entangled has about 10 novellas from a bunch of beloved authors like Jennifer Estep, Cynthia Eden, Allison Brennan, etc. Each one of us chose two stories and we discussed how we liked them. You can see our review here at Book Lovers Inc.

(Besides the great stories you should also know that all profits from the anthology are donated to breast cancer research. So grab a copy, help a great cause while enjoying some spooky and fun Halloween stories!)

Whatever You Like by Maureen Smith
Amazon - Book Depository - Kindle

I first read this book 2 years ago and I remembered how much I liked it, so when I was craving something steamy and romantic I thought I'd re-read it and see how much I'll like it for the second time. It was just as enjoyable as for the first time, and I'm excited because I just discovered that a sequel (Any Way You Want It) will be released very soon in November! So if you'd like to read a very steamy yet romantic story I can only recommend this Pretty Woman retelling ;-)

Books I'm currently reading

Still reading or rather savouring Maggie Robinson's new release. The hero is such a delicious combination of warm-hearted gentleness and mischievous tempting smexiness he is utterly irresistible, no wonder poor heroine always gets wobbly knees after some heated kisses ;-p lol

I didn't plan on starting The Spanish Billionaire's Hired Wife right now, but when I was preparing interview questiond for Rachel Lyndhurst and read a bit about the story I was hooked and couldn't resist. So started it yesterday and I've already read half of it. A quick and very enjoyable read so far :-)

Book I can't wait to start

The holidays are fast approaching, you want to know how it is so obvious? By all the holiday themed books that appear in the blogosphere! Mistletoe Cowboy by Carolyn Brown sounds utterly delicious and I can't wait to finally start my holiday reading (damn my self-imposed rule of not starting reading them before Nov 15... so now I'm counting back the days ;-)

And what are you reading this week?
